Before installing

OpenClaw: install the OpenClaw CLI v0.4 or newer. The generated script also requires curl and a shell.
Claude Code: install and sign in to Claude Code. The script writes a subagent file under ~/.claude/agents.
Hermes Agent: have Hermes running and know its writable data directory. The script writes shared character files there and may create timestamped backups of different existing files.

All three flows run a generated shell command on your machine. Review the command first and back up configuration you cannot recreate. Other AI platforms can require manual adaptation and are not covered by the guided installer.

Restart and removal

OpenClaw: start the new character session after installation. To remove it, use OpenClaw's agent/configuration tools and remove its persistent workspace; ending a session is not an uninstall.
Claude Code: restart if the agents directory was created during installation. Remove the character's .md file and any backup you no longer need, then restart if the character still appears.
Hermes Agent: restart the process or container after install. To remove the character, delete the installed files or restore the relevant timestamped backups, then restart again.

AI output depends on the platform, model, version, existing instructions, and your input. A character pack can guide behavior, but it cannot guarantee a particular response or improvement.
